Question: How long does it take to get my Pimpalicious product delivered?
Answer: Dutch customers will receive their order within two working days after we’ve received the payment. European customers will receive their order within 4 - 6 working days. Non-European customers within 5 - 7 working days.
Question: How much do I have to pay to get my product delivered?
Answer: Worldwide delivery is free!

Question: How can I pay my order?
Answer: After you order, you’ll receive an e-mail that will explain you how to complete your order. All orders are paid by wire transfer/internet banking.
Ordering
Question: I’ve ordered a product at www.pimpalicious.com but I haven’t received anything, even though I already paid for it, what’s up?
Answer: We treat every order with care and everything is always posted. Maybe the postman posted your product at your neighbours, ask them if they have received anything and watch if they are wearing some fly Pimpalicious clothes. Otherwise, contact us at info@pimpalicious.com and we’ll make sure you get what you have paid for.

Question: I just spent all my money on Pimpalicious products and now I haven’t got any money left to eat, can I get my money back so I can buy me some bread?
Answer: Of course! If you ain’t eating, you ain’t living the Pimpalicious lifestyle, just keep your products clean and untouched and send them back to us, after informing us by mail or phone.
Exchange my ordered product
Question: Can I exchange my ordered product in case I don't like it or it don’t fit?
Answer: You can always exchange your ordered product if you send it back to us without wearing or using it.

Question: I can’t choose my size, will my size get restocked?
Answer: All Pimpalicious products are produced in limited quantities, once they are sold out, they are sold out for good.

Washing instructions
Question: How can I wash my shirt/sweater/polo without damaging it.
Answer: You should handle your Pimpalicious product with a lot of care and love, wash 40 degrees Celsius, wash inside out, don’t iron on your prints and please don’t tumble dry.
Print technics
Question: I bought a Pimpalicious product and I was wondering what kind of print technic you guys use?
Asnwer: All our prints are silkscreen prints and done by hand.
Designs
Question: I really like/hate the designs you guys print, who makes those great/terrible designs?
Answer: All great/terrible designs are done by Ceizer.

Childlabor
Question: I heard alot of clothing is produced by kids in really bad circumstances. Where and how are the Pimpalicious products produced?
Answer: All of our cotton is produced in the USA and is child labor free.
